Meet Ghaven

Hi, I'm Ghaven from Cyprus. What first brought me to Huemn is the cryotherapy. You know, doing my multiple sports and basketball especially. Recovery has been a big thing, you know, because every time I want to be on the court, I want to give it my all. But you know, if I give it my all Tuesday, Wednesday I'm gonna be sore, I'm gonna be cramping.

But cryotherapy has helped me tremendously with all three of my sports. I've tried the slow wave, which has helped me mentally for school, and then the light bed. Everything Huemn offers are just topnotch, you know, even the facilities are very, very nice. All the staff know basically every answer to every question that you can ask.

It really helps me save time and be able to participate in everything that I do to all my friends and family. I highly recommend Huemn.
